From the moment you meet Olivia, it’s clear that her heart is fully in the barn. As head trainer, she’s built a space where both horses and riders feel safe, understood, and encouraged to grow. Olivia believes that progress comes from partnership, not pressure — and she loves helping each pair find their rhythm through attainable goals that lead to genuine, lasting confidence.
Her passion for learning has taken her far beyond home arenas. Olivia has trained with experts in Germany, Canada, and the U.S., constantly looking to expand her understanding of how horses think, learn, and thrive. She brings those lessons back to her students in creative, down-to-earth ways that make complex ideas feel approachable and fun. With her, small victories are celebrated, and training isn't just about technique; it's about connection, trust, and growth.
NEW SALES PROGRAM
Affinity Equestrian also has extensive experience in sales! And now we've paired with Reformed Equestrian in Arlington, WA to bring you the best sales program yet. No upfront fees, other than the cost of board ($800/mo), and your horse's regular care fees.
We strive ourselves on finding the best fit for your horse. Horses in our sales program will receive training 4-5 days/week until sold and will be regularly marketed. We are able to hold for all farrier/vet/bodywork/etc appts, provide grain, facilitate sale and PPE appointments, and more. Message us for more info on this new offering!

What We Offer
Boarding
Starting at $450/mo
We offer three types of boarding, to suit each individual horse and their needs! Options range from pasture board, paddock board, or a stall with a run. Message us for more info about boarding and amenities!
Full Training Program w/Lessons
$560/mo + board
We work with our clients to create the best training program for both the rider and horse. Training includes unlimited lessons and/or training rides 5 days/week, insuring that both the rider and horse are learning equally.
Full Training
$460/mo + board
Our training package assures that your horse is getting consistent rides five days/week, in order to promote strength building and consistency. Send your babies, tune ups, or your horse who just needs that consistency! Lessons can be added on at a discounted price of $35/each as needed.
Starting
$500/mo + board
On top of all our other services offered, AE is experienced in starting horses from the ground up. Taking a ground first approach, this assures confidence in horses prior to the first ride. Horses being started are in work 4 days/week, knowing that consistent, correct training matters more than frequency. We want to build, not break brains!
Travel Training

If you want to keep your horse at your farm, but still advance their education, you're at the right place! We now offer travel training in the form of groundwork, rides, and lessons. Pricing varies by location and need, contact us for more info on our affordable training and travel fees.
Single Lesson
$50
We welcome riders at all levels to come learn with us! Our lesson horses can currently support riders starting on the lead line, up through those wanting to master a jump course. Some lesson horse rental fees may apply. We also accept haul in lessons!
Lesson Package
$175/mo
Commiting to consistent lessons is the best way to grow as a rider. To make taking lessons as worthwhile as possible, we offer a buy three, get one half off option for riders who commit to our weekly lessons! Some lesson horse rental fees may apply.

Not seeing what you're quite looking for? Message us! We are flexible and more than happy to come up with a plan or program that works for each horse and rider. There is no one size fits all in training, and we understand that!
We want to make training accessible and affordable for everyone! Owners sending their horses to us may be able to get a discount on fees if allowing us to use their horse in lessons. Ask us if your horse qualifies!
